Improvers 4 week aerial course

Service Description

This course is ideal for those that have done a little aerial before or need to refresh the basics. Over the 6 weeks we will use trapeze, rope, silks and loop. Working on climbs, straddles, catches, hiplocks, footlocks....and more! This will be a small supportive class; developing strength, co-ordination, getting confidence in the air, creating awareness of our bodies and movement. If you are unsure if this course is at the right level please contact me. This is a 4 week course; 29th June, 13th, 20th, 27th July, 1:30-2:45 CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be aware that you are paying for the whole course, once booked this cannot be refunded or cancelled after 24th june. If you miss a class this cannot be refunded. IMPORTANT INFO: Free parking is available but you must register car at reception on touch screen. Entrance fees for freedom leisure must be paid at reception (this has nothing to do with teardrop) £1.70 per session or £14 annually.
